Highlights from the 2006 Live Blues Jams at the Swigwam

2006 was a great year for the Swigwam Blues Jam, and some outstanding performances were recorded. Out of more than a thousand songs we did in total, the MP3s of about 80 or so are featured here as highlights of the year.

The jams were digitally recorded live and edited by Jeff Williams of BluEarthArts (Jeff also plays drums & keyboards at these jams). The full length MP3s below are his picks for best overall songs recorded in 2006, and are free for downloading. The songs marked with a yellow link are Jeff's top 12 picks for the year. The brief clip which loads with this page is from 'Bridge of Sighs', recorded live during the July 19 session with John on guitar, Alec on bass, Chris on drums, and Jeff on synthesizer.
